Pricing questions
- Do I have to pay to be listed?
- No. Licensed businesses are listed from the public record, and claiming and editing your listing is free.
- How do I get Pro?
- Claim your listing first. Once it's approved, open it from your dashboard and choose monthly or yearly Pro.
- What does featured mean?
- Pro listings appear above other listings on the trade and area pages they match, marked as featured. Search filters still apply: a Pro listing only shows up for trades and areas it covers.
- Does Pro change the 24/7 badge?
- No. The 24/7 emergency badge is free and depends only on whether you confirm you answer after hours.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, from your dashboard, at any time. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then your listing returns to Free.
- Is there a per-call or per-lead fee?
- No. Pro is a flat monthly or yearly price, and strata managers call you directly.
